½ Cup of Hemp Milk or Almond Milk
1 Ripe Banana
½ an avocado
4 Dates (Medjool is best)
2 tsps of Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tsp of Agave honey of 1 Tsp of Coconut Palm Sugar
1 Tsp of Nut Butter (Almond Butter is best)
a few ice cubes
