How to Dry Skin Brush

1. Dry skin brush before a shower
2. Brush towards the heart - start with extremities - hands and feet and brush inwards and upwards.
3. Brushing towards your heart increases circulation and makes you feel refreshed and energised.

5. Shower afterwards but don’t use soap
